    We have 2 Beneficiaries:

    1. Harford Composite Civil Air Patrol

Why You Should Donate to the Harford County Composite Civil Air Patrol

The Susquehanna Chapter sponsors an on-going donation to the Harford Composite Civil Air Patrol to help fund various levels of flight training for Civil Air Patrol Cadets. Additionally, donations will be used for group training opportunities and to aid Cadets needing financial support to complete their training.  Donations will be accepted on an on-going basis.

CAP's cadet program is unique in that it uses aviation as a cornerstone.  Through CAP's cadet program, thousands of young people from 12 years through age 21 are introduced to aviation.  The program allows young people to progress at their own pace through a 16-step program including aerospace education, leadership training, physical fitness, and moral leadership.  Cadets compete for academic scholarships to further their studies in fields such as engineering, science, aircraft mechanics, aerospace medicine, meteorology, and many others. Those cadets who earn cadet officer status may enter the Air Force as an E3 (airman first class) rather than an E1 (airman basic). A recent survey found that 72% of cadet graduates were interested in a military career, and 63% planned to pursue an aerospace career.

Our donations will directly benefit Cadets in the Harford Composite Civil Air Patrol.  You may donate electronically by clicking the link on this page and submitting your donations through PayPal or send a check to our Susquehanna Chapter MOAA, PO Box 243, APG, MD 21005. Please make your check payable to the Susquehanna Chapter MOAA and note on your check that it is a donation to the CAP.

    2. Susquehanna Chapter MOAA

Why You Should Donate to the Susquehanna Chapter MOAA

The Susquehanna Chapter promotes the purposes and objectives of MOAA, to foster fraternal relations among the retired, active, and former officers of the seven uniformed services and their National Guard or reserve components; works to protect the rights and interests of, and provides useful services for, these personnel of the uniformed services, their dependents and survivors; and serves the community and the nation.

We assist our Chapter members by providing a venue for them to continue to serve their Nation and their communities, maintain contact with the other Services, and enjoy social fellowship with people who share your values of patriotism, honor and selflessness.

Your generous donation to the Chapter will assist us in accomplishing our mission.
