Susquehanna Chapter Legislative Lead, Bob Brown, recently attended the Harford County reception in Annapolis. It was the “District 34 Evening In Annapolis.” hosted by Senator Mary Dulany James, Delegate Andre Johnson, Jr., Delegate Steve Johnson, and Delegate Susan McComas at the Governor Calvert House.  The purpose of the reception was to speak with our Delegates and Senators about veteran-specific legislation. Here is his feedback:

“I had a good time talking veteran issues and bills Monday night in Annapolis with our Harford County Delegates and Senators at a Harford County reception. Senate President Bill Ferguson stopped by, and we talked about some veteran and education initiatives. He seemed very interested in what was going on in Harford County. Both he and my son did Teach for America in LA, an interesting coincidence.

The DV license plate bill is doing well in both houses. Delegate Griffith’s CoS is keeping me updated.”
